About the Foundation The Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation is a charitable organisation dedicated to the development of Hong Kong youth across the Greater Bay Area. Guided by our mission “For Our Youth, For Our Future,” we support studies, careers, and entrepreneurship through programmes and exchanges. Position: Officer / Senior Officer What you’ll do Plan and deliver engaging, year‑round programmes and events, including seminars and exchange tours. Track performance and prepare regular reports on KPIs. Create promotional materials (online and offline) for our target audiences. Handle external enquiries, including facilities and event bookings. Liaise with partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth Centre operations. Support ad‑hoc projects as needed. What you’ll bring Degree holder. At least 3 years’ relevant experience, ideally in event management, marketing communications, or public relations. (Candidates with less experience may be considered for Officer.) Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Creative mindset with superb organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and/or InDesign is an advantage. Willing to work on a roster, including weekends and public holidays. What you’ll be offered: A 26‑month contract. Gratuity of 10% of total basic salary, payable on successful completion of the contract and subject to consistently high performance and conduct. Leave and benefits in accordance with the Employment Ordinance (rest days, statutory or substitute holidays, annual leave, sickness allowance etc., as applicable). Work location: Sham Shui Po Youth Link・Nam Cheong operating hours: every day , from 11am to 10pm on weekdays, and from 10am to 10pm on weekends and public holidays
