Contract Manager

Responsibilities Support pre- and post- contract administration in line with company standards Prepare cost plans and conduct financial analysis for construction and engineering projects Manage procurement for consultancy services and construction works, including invitation and tender documentation Evaluate tenders, payment applications, variation claims and final accounts in a timely manner Develop annual budgets and implement cost control strategies Generate cost control reports throughout project lifecycles Administer in-house minor projects and term contracts Collaborate with team members to support departmental initiatives Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management With at least 6 years of solid experience in contract administration and procurement procedures Membership in HKIS or RICS is a plus Solid understanding of construction contracts and procurement procedures Proactive, well-organised and self-motivated Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin Strong analytical thinking and effective communication skills Willing to travel occasionally as required by project needs Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Contract Manager If you have the energy and qualifications to add to our velocity, Please visit KLN Company Webpage to apply or send your CV with your present and expected salary to Human Resources & Administration Department by clicking Quick Apply .
