Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities Carry out general consultant Quantity Surveying duties in both pre and post contract stages including cost estimates, tender documentation, tender analysis, valuation of variations, interim payment valuation, measurement of quantities, reviewing contractors’ quotations and claims, negotiation and settlement of final accounts, etc. Attend project meetings, tender interview, site inspections, visits and site meetings when required Collaborate and maintain an amicable working relationship with the Client, project team and other project stakeholders Ensure that deliverables complying with QA standards and records are properly stored Requirements Quantity Surveyor with Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or similar. 1 – 3 years of related working experience Applicants without professional qualification but with all-rounded experience, preferably with experience working in QS consultants’ offices, may also apply Applicants are able to work independently Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese Good inter-personal and communication skills Remuneration package shall be commensurate with qualifications and experience of successful candidates.
