Service Advisor

We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and enjoys working in a busy, high-performing environment. As a Service Advisor, you’ll be the key connection between our customers and workshop technicians, ensuring every customer receives a seamless and professional experience from booking through to vehicle collection. You’ll build strong relationships with customers, keep them informed throughout the service process and work closely with the workshop team to ensure expectations, costs and timeframes are clearly communicated. What you’ll be doing Welcoming customers and managing service bookings Understanding customer requirements and communicating these clearly to technicians Keeping customers updated on servicing, repairs, costs and expected completion times Coordinating with the workshop to help ensure work is completed efficiently Preparing accurate invoices and completing service administration Building trusted, long-term relationships with Mazda customers Delivering a consistently high standard of customer service What we’re looking for Previous Service Advisor experience within the automotive industry Exceptional customer service and communication skills Strong organisation and time management Excellent attention to detail and accuracy The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Professional personal presentation Confident computer and systems skills A positive, collaborative approach A full NZ Driver Licence Please note: We are only accepting applications from candidates currently based in New Zealand.
