The Manager leads the end-to-end delivery of enterprise data warehouse initiatives, business analytics, intellgence and visualization, ensuring alignment with business goals: technical architecture, and stakeholder expectations. This role is pivotal in managing cross-functional teams, vendor coordination, and phased rollouts across regions. Responsibilities: Technical Oversight. Oversee data architecture decisions including Azure Fabric, and Power BI integration. Ensure ETL pipeline s, data models, and reporting layers meet performance and scalability requirements. Validate data quality, lineage, and governance protocols. Build, strengthen and maintain data intelligence and visualization framework by employing powerBI and other BI tools, ensure business performance transparency Support business analytics and facilitate management decision making process through data and business insight Project Planning & Execution. Including define project scope, milestones, and deliverables for each region. Stakeholder & Vendor Management. Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external vendors. Coordinating with business sponsors and technical leads to ensure alignment on priorities and expectations. TeamLeadership&Communication. Leadcross- functional teams including: BI consultants, analysts, and infrastructure leads. Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or related discipline Proven experience in managing data warehouse or BI projects (preferably Azure-based]. Solid skills in MS SQL & SSIS, Azure Fabric and cloud base infrastructure Strong understanding of EIL, data modelling (Star Schema), and reporting tools (Power BI) Good understanding of FMCG retail industry Excellent stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
