Key Responsibilities Understand client business requirements and challenges. Conduct business and process analysis. Prepare proposals, presentations and project documentation. Support implementation of business and technology solutions. Conduct client meetings, workshops and presentations. Develop recommendations and improvement strategies. Work closely with project, technology and business development teams. Monitor project progress and support client relationship management. Provide post-implementation support where required. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, HR, Management or related field. 2–5 years of consulting, business analysis, HR or technology experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good presentation and communication skills. Comfortable working with clients and senior stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Experience in HR Tech, SaaS, digital transformation or consulting is an advantage.
