Project Management Assistant / Business Analyst (Fresh welcome)

Project Management Assistant ( Cyber Security) Responsibilities: Provide project management assistance to Cyber Security PMO. Update project trackers and prepare cyber security initiative presentation materials as needed. Assist with procurement processes for cyber security service, tools and software. Perform initial gap analysis for annual IT policy review and consolidate responses within the team and other stakeholders. Organize regular meetings, documenting action items and ensuring timely follow-ups. Liaise and coordinate with other divisions of IT department and collect questionnaire responses from different divisions. Assist in audit issue follow up status tracking as needed. Requirements: Degree holder in Computer Science or Business Administration related. 3-5 years relevant experience in project coordination or management. Able to communicate with stakeholders from different teams with problem solving skills. Good team player, detail-oriented, sense of responsibility and willing to learn. Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of Mandarin is a plus. With Agile experience is an advantage. Business Analyst (Investment Product) Responsibilities: Work Closely with business users, department stakeholders, ITs and Vendors Understand SDLC and / or Product life cycle of Personal Banking Collect and Document user requirements, prepare for UAT test cases and plan Conduct Business and Data Analyst for Personal Banking / Wealth Management Manage and Coordinate projects Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Accounting or Finance IT / Business Analyst experience, preferably in Banking industry. Experiences and knowledge on Personal Banking / Investment Product Management System Excellent communication skill with strong Chinese report writing skill Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project) Good team player, positive attitude, self-motivated, adaptive to changes and able to work under pressure. Knowledge in Investment products and Wealth Management would be an advantage. Business Analyst (FX/MM/Precious Metal) Responsibilities: Work Closely with Front (Front Office) to Back Office (Settlement, Accounting) department stakeholders, ITs and Vendors Understand SDLC and/or Product life cycle of FX/Precious Metal Collect and Document user requirements, prepare for UAT test cases and plan Conduct Data and Issues Analysis and/Or Account Posting Analysis for FX, MM, Precious Metal Manage and Coordinate projects Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Accounting or Finance 2 - 5Yr+ IT/Business Analyst experience, preferably in Banking industry. Experiences and good understanding on treasury products especially in FX/MM on Accounting Hands-on experience to write SQL Excellent communication skill with strong Chinese report writing skill Deadline-sensitive and ability to work independently and under pressure Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project) Candidates with more experience will be considered for Senior Business Analyst Less experience will also considered Business Analyst (Information Technology) Responsibilities: Perform business and user requirement analysis for Faster Payment (FPS) related system enhancements Liaise among users and IT units to ensure business requirements are well defined and properly implemented Formulate test plans, conduct UAT and regression test Provide strong support to business users Manage IT project implementation and monitor the project progress and resolve project problems Participate in the production support for new product launch Requirements: Degree holder or above in Business Studies, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or related disciplines Experience in Corporate Banking / FPS Business Knowledge are highly preferred Familiar with system development life cycle, data flow and UAT process Strong analytical and report-writing skills Good command in both written and spoken Chinese and English, knowledge of the Mandarin is a plus.
