Key Responsibilities Lead projects from planning, execution, monitoring to completion. Develop project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables. Manage project scope, budget, resources and risks. Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors and external stakeholders. Monitor project progress and provide regular management updates. Identify project risks, issues and develop mitigation plans. Ensure project deliverables meet quality and business requirements. Manage change requests and project priorities. Facilitate project meetings and maintain proper documentation. Drive continuous improvement in project management processes. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, Project Management or related field. 5+ years of project management experience. Experience managing technology, digital transformation or enterprise projects. Strong stakeholder and communication skills. Strong problem-solving and leadership capabilities. PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is an advantage. Experience in HR Tech, SaaS or digital solutions is an added advantage.
