Job Description Support the development of palm oil production and supply-demand forecasts across key producing regions. Conduct crop surveys, plantation visits, and field assessments to gather first-hand production intelligence. Collect, analyze, and interpret agronomic, production, trade, weather, and market data to identify trends and opportunities. Monitor industry developments, government policies, and market dynamics impacting the palm oil sector. Maintain and improve databases covering production, acreage, yields, processing capacities, trade flows, and other key industry indicators. Prepare research reports, presentations, and analytical insights to support commercial and trading decisions. Build and maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, including plantation companies, associations, and government agencies. Experience Bachelor's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Plantation Management, Agricultural Economics, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in agronomy, plantation, or commercial operations. Familiarity with plantation production data collection and analysis. Knowledge of the palm oil industry, plantation operations, or supply-demand analysis would be an advantage. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with large datasets.
