BI Analyst (Government, LLM, 50-70K)

Job Responsibilities: Provide technical oversight in all activities relating to the Business Intelligence System (different stages of application development including design, development, system and user acceptance testing, training). Oversee application support, maintenance, and post-implementation enhancements in collaboration with vendors and users. Review and assess the project plan & project deliverables suggested by vendors, coordinate with vendors and recommend users for final assessment. Facilitate project meetings and training sessions to maintain team alignment. Liaise with stakeholders to gather, analyze and finalize requirement specifications. Perform other related duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or a related field. At least 6 years of relevant experience in business intelligence application / system analysis. Hands-on exp. in ETL / Data Warehouse / Date Lake / Data Catalogue / Databases (MSSQL/PostgreSQL) / RESTful API. Experience in system implementation, including preparation of system analysis and design, user acceptance test, training material, system operation procedures. Experience in AI (e.g. LLM) is highly preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with vendors and users. Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
