Manage full set of accounts: Ensure accurate financial records and timely reporting to management. Prepare monthly closing: Facilitate smooth monthly financial closures and submit comprehensive reports. Assist in budget preparation: Work alongside the Senior Finance Manager to craft operational budgets and forecasts. Handle tax matters: Oversee external auditor communications, tax filings, and GST/SST compliance. Conduct financial audits: Review and assist in audits to ensure financial integrity. Corporate tax management: Oversee corporate tax filings and compliance. Assist in ISO documentation: Support the documentation process for ISO, patents, and trademarks. Review subordinate's works: Ensure quality control in financial reporting. Ad-hoc assignments: Be ready to tackle additional tasks as needed. Who are they looking for? Education: A LCCI Higher Diploma, ACCA qualification, or a Degree; your academic background in accounting is crucial. Experience: Minimum of 4-5 years in financial accounting; your experience will be the foundation of your role. Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for effective teamwork. Technical proficiency: Strong command of accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, enabling you to perform your duties efficiently. Attention to detail: Your meticulous nature ensures accuracy in all financial reports and audits. Team player: Your ability to work well with others and independently will be key to your success.
