Human Resource Supervisor is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating the HR policies and programs of an organization. Collaborating with HR Head to ensure that the HR strategy is in line with the Business goals and vision. Job Description Overseeing the day-to-day operations of a company's Human Resources department, managing staff, implementing HR policies, handling employee relations issues, managing recruitment, training and development, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and advising management on HR matters, all while aligning HR strategies with the organization's goals. Develop and implement HR strategies that improve the Quality Management System (QMS) Manage recruitment, onboarding, and maintain up-to-date job descriptions for all levels of employees. Lead annual HR policy reviews and maintain database through appropriate systems. Oversee the Annual Training Plan, identifying gaps and ensuring relevant skills development. Manage compensation and benefits programs, employee relations, and compliance with health and safety standards. Oversee the team of HR Assistants/Specialists for the effective and efficient functioning of the HR activities and ensure performance evaluation and development of the team Continuously review and recommend improvement in the performance evaluation system including KPI’s, metrics, evaluation forms, grading system and others. Review and recommend update/ upgrade on the company’s policies and programs related to performance management such as but not limited to – promotion policy, career development programs, training policies, etc. Job Qualifications Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any relevant course. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources handling all HR processes. Able to handle confidential information with discretion. Comprehensive knowledge in recruitment processes and strategies, policy making and implementation, compensation & benefits, training and development, employee relations, performance management, labor relations, organizational development, conflict resolution and management and other aspects of HR.
