Operations Executive

About the role We are seeking an Operations Executive to join MECADO TRADING PTE LTD in a full-time capacity, based in the Downtown Core Central Region. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising operational processes within our community services and development initiatives. The Operations Executive plays a vital strategic role in ensuring our organisation runs efficiently whilst maintaining high standards of service delivery to the communities we serve. You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, managing resources effectively, and supporting the broader mission of our organisation. Key responsibilities Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth functioning of community services programmes Manage operational budgets, resources and staffing to optimise efficiency and service delivery Develop, implement and monitor operational policies and procedures in line with organisational standards Coordinate with various teams and departments to ensure seamless integration of operations Monitor operational performance metrics and key indicators, identifying areas for improvement Manage vendor relationships, procurement processes and supply chain logistics Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational governance standards Support project planning and implementation for community development initiatives Prepare operational reports and present findings to senior management Lead and mentor operational team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline 3-5 years of proven experience in an operations or management role, ideally within community services or a similar sector Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with operational management software and systems Demonstrated experience in budget management and financial planning Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams Knowledge of community development principles and best practices is advantageous Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Commitment to fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture About us MECADO TRADING PTE LTD is committed to delivering exceptional community services and development programmes that create meaningful impact.
