Job Description: Conduct account opening documents checking and verification for corporate accounts to ensure full compliance with internal policies and all relevant AML/CFT regulatory requirements. Perform client due diligence check, including identifying connected parties and ultimate beneficial owners (UBOs), World-check, CRS and FATCA etc. Work closely with internal stakeholders (Legal and Compliance, Front Office etc) to ensure smooth on-boarding process. Review CDD periodic and trigger-event reviews to ensure client profiles remain compliant with internal policies and AML/CFT standards. Assist in account maintenance tasks, e.g. customer information updates, mandate changes, account closure etc. Knowledge of FATCA and CRS tax compliance, perform FATCA and CRS classification, due diligence and assist the CRS report preparation etc. Assist in updating workflow guidelines and operation manuals when required. Support other daily operational process when necessary, e.g. payment, callback, reviewing loan documents etc. Participate and support business and market initiatives/projects, client service or operations enhancement and process automation etc. Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management. Requirements: A university degree or above in Business Administrative / Banking / Finance or other relevant disciplines. At least 5 years solid experiences on KYC/CDD/account opening in corporate banking industry. Knowledge of corporate documents and regulatory requirements (e.g. AML/CFT) to ensure compliance with standards is a must. Familiar with banking products and operation procedures is an advantage. Detail-oriented, responsible, capable to work independently and able to handle multiple tasks under tight timelines. Proficient in written, spoken English and Chinese. Fluent in Mandarin speaking is necessary.
