Job Description: Identify and execute agronomy/yield making improvement opportunities Identify and execute Integrated Pest Management (IPM) Lead and manage leaf and soil sampling team Execute R&D/Agronomy trials Carry out and manage agronomy trials (fertilizers, herbicides etc) Lead and manage Crop Forecast/BBC team Conduct technical/agronomy training for operations team Conduct GIS/GPS related activities with emphasis on agronomy/yield making improvement Minimum Requirements : Diploma or Bachelor degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Soil Science, GIS/GPS, Sciences Minimum 3 years experience in oil palm agronomy/oil palm plantations Strong abilities with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Good understanding of oil palm agronomy techniques Passion for continuous learning and improvement Experience in handling drones/GIS/GPS tools will be an added advantage Experienced GIS personnel with interest in exploring opportunities in oil palm agronomy is welcomed.
