Our client is on the look out for an experience Finance Manager. Lead a small team to deliver high-quality financial, data analysis, and administrative services to the organisation. You will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting and forecasting, reporting, analysis and insight, internal controls, payroll and administration. Experience: • Full Membership of Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand is essential (CPA Australia or CIMA or equivalent). • Experience managing payroll with knowledge of payroll tax and employment legislation. • Strong people leadership, coaching skills and experience. • Experience in not for profit or health sector is desirable. • Proven communication and negotiation skills. • Exceptional written communication, with extensive experience producing high standard professional documents. • An understanding of the Microsoft 365 suite and Financial Information Systems. • Sound analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. • An understanding of project management methodologies.
