Responsibilities: Assist the supervisor in conducting rigorous testing for broadband-related products, as well as upcoming AI, Cybersecurity, and IoT solutions. Support daily product operations, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring to ensure high service quality. Coordinate with developers, engineers, IT, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product development and successful launches. Assist in preparing product documentation, user guides, and market research for emerging technology trends Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Electronic Engineering, or a related technical discipline. Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin. Experience in product development, life-cycle management, or project management is highly advantageous. Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Apple Xcode, and Google Play Console is a definite plus. A strong interest or foundational knowledge in AI applications, cybersecurity protocols, or IoT ecosystems will be an advantage. Fresh graduates with a passion for technology and a willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
