Personal Assistant Korean Speaking

We are a growing company in Freight Forwarder seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Korean manager in day-to-day operations and communication. Key Responsibilities: Act as a liaison and translator (Korean–Indonesian–English) for internal and external communications. Manage daily schedules, meetings, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks. Assist with document preparation, reports, and follow-ups. Support the manager in coordinating with local staff and business partners. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Provide cultural and language support as needed. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field (preferably in Korean Language, Business, or Communication). Fluent in Korean (spoken and written) – TOPIK Level 4 or above is a plus. Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to multitask.
