Responsibilities: Project management and site supervision Manage tender submission documents, e.g. schedule of rates, time schedule, RFQ responses, etc. Liaise with client, subcontractors and colleagues, monitor and control construction progress to ensure project delivery which fulfils timeline, cost budget, and quality requirements Chair site meeting, prepare / monitor related record and submission of documentation (site progress report, defect report, etc.) Requirements: Degree/ IVE/ Diploma holder in project / construction management, building / engineering services, or similar disciplines At least 5 - 8 years’ experience in interior design and build company; experience in corporate office projects would be an advantage Proficient in cost estimating and budget planning, hands-on site management Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office (Excel, Project (Gantt Chart), Outlook) Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and/ or Mandarin Good interpersonal skills, creative, self-motivated and problem solving Job offer package: Salary/ Bonus From 30-50k - negotiable, depending on experience and ability Discretionary bonus in project and performances basis Negotiate Working days and hours: 5-day work week, 9-6 Weekend work might be required according to project progress 10 days annual leave Paid sick leave upon completion of probation period Interested parties please click "APPLY NOW" and attach your latest C.V., expected salary and availability, or submit your application by email for interview arrangement.
