This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and is confident using Xero and will learn all about Hubspot and Power BI. You need no experience, just lots of motivation and curiosity. Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day finance operations of the business, including: The Normal stuff: Processing accounts payable and supplier invoices Managing accounts receivable and debtor follow-up Reconciling supplier statements and bank accounts Preparing payment runs Assisting with month-end processes and reporting Maintaining accurate financial records in Xero And the Exciting Stuff (Sales Analyst) Tracks key SAAS sales metrics, revenue, win rates, quota attainment, pipeline conversion to give leadership a clear view of performance Maintaining sales dashboards and reports using tools like Excel & Power BI Forecasting future sales based on historical trends, pipeline data, and market conditions About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Any interest and experience as an Accounts Assistant, Accounts Administrator, Finance Assistant Knowledge of Xero Interest in invoice processing, and debtor management What We Offer Fast pace to develop Supportive team environment Opportunity to develop your accounting and finance skills
