Associate Planning Manager (Luxury Brands)

Job Responsibilities : Working with the Business Director and client to create clear and coherent plans that bring the media strategy to life. In-depth assessment of all candidate media options and detailed recommendation of proposed communication solutions. Working closely with the Business Director in your team to ensure smooth and relevant translation from strategy to plan. Assess, identify and recommend creative media initiatives that deliver greater strategy depth and impact to the media plan. Undertake the implementation of agreed initiatives, including the briefing of third parties, as and when required. Management of the implementational process and client relationship management Assist the team in developing and implementing an integrated on/off advertising campaign Help on competitive data generation, analysis and presentation Prepare evaluation of media opportunities, keep tracks of market trends by using industry tools and other research method Prepare media plan, budget summary and campaign follow up Actively participate in brain-storming for big ideas and consumer insights Maintain and strengthen relationships with industry partners. Job Requirements: University degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field 3 - 4 years of media planning experience Must be well organized and have strong quantitative/analytical skills Able to build relationship internally and externally Ability to manage multi-task well in a fast-paced environment and a team player. Must be numerate and have strong attention to detail Passionate about building a career in advertising field Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese is a must Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint We offer a 5-day week of work, group medical & life insurance coverage and free shuttle bus to the right candidate.
