Business Development Specialist - Food & Beverage

Job Responsibilities Implement sales action plan to achieve business objectives and sales target Identify and engage with potential clients to expand the customer base Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs Work closely with F&B outlet managers on floor plan, menus, and set up for all private events Manage sales budgets and oversee financial performance of F&B outlets Monitor sales performance and generate reports to senior management Maintain robust client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Develop Sales target for F&B Festive products Job Requirement 3-5 years of supervision experience in large capacity dining restaurant, hotel experience is preferred Well versed in the up-trend F&B industry with demonstrated skills in innovative thinking and strategic planning Good knowledge of food & wine Good communication skills demonstrate ability to interact with guests, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel and the Company Strong organizational and leadership skills, problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities Flexibility in dealing with onsite or guest’s last-minute demands and when instilling a “Can-do" attitude Ability to work in a team environment, create courteous, friendly, and professional work environment Good time management skill and willingness to work flexible shifts and hours Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese Proficient computer skill (e.g. Microsoft Office, outlook, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, etc)
