Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounts Executive to support the finance and accounting functions of the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, assisting with reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Key Responsibilities Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions. Prepare and issue invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts. Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation. Verify expense claims and supplier invoices for accuracy. Follow up on outstanding customer payments and account balances. Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements. Handle ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 1–3 years of accounting or finance experience. Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting) Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Willing to work in PJ area. Key Competencies High level of integrity and confidentiality Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese. Chinese proficiency is an added advantage to support communication with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders. Team player with positive attitude. Salary will be offered based on qualification and experience.
