As we continue to expand and innovate, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist with deep expertise in network security and application delivery. You will have a critical role in designing, deploying, optimizing, and troubleshooting complex security and networking solution for enterprise NOC and SOC environments, to ensure our clients achieve simple, intelligent, and highly secure network operations. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end deployment, configuration, integration and optimization of enterprise-grade network security and application delivery products. Design secure, resilient, and high-performance network architectures and traffic management solutions in collaboration with solution architects and pre-sales teams. Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for complex issues in production environments. Deliver technical training, workshops, and knowledge transfer to clients and internal teams. Work closely with R&D, Product, and Sales teams to improve product performance and customer success. Key Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Network Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in enterprise network security, application delivery, or NOC/SOC operations. Strong technical expertise in: L2–L7 networking protocols, Deep Packet Inspection (DPI), WAN Optimization, and traffic analysis. Cybersecurity threat mitigation, IoT security, Application Security Controls, and security operations. Firewall, IPS, WAF, ADC, Anti-DDoS, and related technologies in leading vendors. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure during major incidents. Strong communication skills — able to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Certifications (Highly Preferred) CCNP Security / CCIE Security HCIP / HCIE Security (or equivalent Huawei certifications) CySA+, CISSP, or other advanced security operations certifications Working location: Ngau Tau Kok (near MTR station) Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00-17:30 ; Alternately Saturday 9:00-12:45 We offer competitive remuneration package including performance bonus , medical insurance and education allowance to the right candidate.
