Multi-Skilled Plant Operator Join the IBE Contracting team as an experienced Multi-Skilled Plant Operator and work across a range of remote road construction, bulk earthworks and civil construction projects throughout the Northern Territory. The successful candidate will work across multiple sites in and around Darwin, with a varying roster depending on project requirements. About the Role We are looking for an experienced operator with the ability to confidently operate a range of civil construction plant, including: Graders – GPS Excavators – GPS & Non-GPS Loaders Skid Steer The Successful Candidate The successful candidate will possess: Current HR Driver’s Licence (essential) Current Construction White Card (essential) Nationally accredited plant tickets (desirable) GPS operating experience (highly desirable) Final trim experience (desirable) Previous plant operating experience on a civil construction project or mine site A proven commitment to health and safety Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team Personal drive and a results-oriented attitude What We Offer Travel, meals and accommodation provided Long-term employment with career progression and development opportunities Exposure to a wide range of civil construction projects A strong focus on delivering a high-quality service and product A strong commitment to safety, innovation and zero harm About IBE Contracting IBE Contracting is a local Indigenous civil construction company employing local workers across the Northern Territory.
