Procure and secure air freight capacity through effective carrier management and strategic partnerships. Negotiate rates, space allocations, and commercial agreements to optimize profitability and service performance. Monitor market trends, capacity, and pricing to develop competitive procurement and pricing strategies. Manage yield and pricing performance through market analysis and revenue optimization. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operational execution. Prepare management reports, business analyses, and market intelligence updates. Support ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as assigned. Requirements Degree holder in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 10 years of experience in freight forwarding, preferably in air freight procurement, pricing, or carrier management. Strong network and proven track record with airlines, GSAs, and co-loaders. Solid experience in air freight procurement, capacity sourcing, pricing strategy, and commercial negotiations. Good understanding of air freight operations; knowledge of palletization and DG handling is an advantage. Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing. Excellent command of spoken and written English, Chinese, and Mandarin. Self-motivated, independent, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment. Immediate availability is preferred.
