Transport Officer

The Role: Coordinate daily transport operations, including the deployment of repaired vehicles and scheduling arrangements. Maintain accurate driver records, utilization reports, and vehicle movement tracking. Manage cross-departmental vehicle allocation and cost tracking (e.g. vehicle cost allocation). Provide technical support for routine maintenance and emergency repair services to company fleet Maintain company fleet in compliance with roadworthiness regulations in Hong Kong. Assist in the planning and execution implementation of new initiatives, such as facility and system enhancements, and process improvements, etc. Arrange tender documents and procurement orders for fleet services. Act as administrative support in documentation and internal filings. Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned. The Person: Tertiary education in Transport Studies/ Mechanical / Industrial / Automotive Engineering or related disciplines. A minimum of 4-5 years’ working experience in transportation industry or automotive industry. Practical knowledge in company fleet and safety management is preferred. Self-motivated and innovative, able to work independently. Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge in SAP and MS Power Platform would be an advantage Possess valid driving license of class 1 & 2 Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Transport Officer
