About the role SKY ICT PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED is seeking a People Business Partner & Performance/Organisational Development Manager to join our Human Resources team in Bangkok. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial strategic role in driving people initiatives and organisational excellence across the company. As People Business Partner & Performance/OD Manager, you will serve as a key liaison between the HR department and business units, providing strategic human resources guidance whilst championing performance management and organisational development initiatives. This role is essential to fostering a high-performance culture, supporting employee engagement, and ensuring alignment between people strategies and business objectives throughout SKY ICT. Key responsibilities Partner with business leaders and department heads to understand their people-related challenges and develop tailored HR solutions that drive business outcomes Design, implement and oversee performance management systems and processes that enable fair, transparent and development-focused performance reviews Lead organisational development initiatives including change management, culture transformation, and capability building programmes Provide strategic HR advisory services on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements Identify talent gaps and collaborate with recruitment teams to support succession planning and leadership development Develop and deliver training and development programmes aligned with organisational needs and employee career aspirations Monitor and analyse HR metrics and employee engagement data to identify trends and recommend improvements Act as an employee advocate whilst balancing organisational needs, supporting conflict resolution and performance improvement discussions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance employee experience and foster a positive workplace culture Stay current with HR best practices and industry trends to continuously improve HR service delivery What we're looking for Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related discipline Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in a human resources business partner or similar strategic HR role Demonstrated expertise in performance management system design and implementation Strong knowledge of organisational development, change management and employee engagement best practices Proven experience in employee relations, including handling sensitive situations with diplomacy and professionalism Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all organisational levels Strong analytical skills with proficiency in HRIS systems and data interpretation Understanding of Thai labour law and employment regulations Project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Certification in HR disciplines such as CIPD, SHRM or equivalent professional qualifications is highly desirable Experience working in technology or ICT sectors is preferred About us SKY ICT PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED is a leading information and communication technology company serving businesses across Thailand and the region.
