Overview We are seeking a dedicated and professional HR Associate to join our team. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to employee relations, and the ability to manage sensitive matters with discretion. The HR Associate will also oversee HMO administration to ensure employees receive timely and accurate healthcare benefits. Key Responsibilities Handle recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives. Facilitate conflict resolution and promote positive workplace relations. Administer HMO enrollment, updates, and coordination with provider. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies. Provide guidance and support on HR policies and procedures. Uphold professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality in all HR matters. Assist in organizing HR-related events and programs. Perform other HR administrative tasks as required. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development Management (HRDM). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in conflict resolution and employee engagement. Professionalism, empathy, and discretion in handling sensitive matters. Ability to thrive under pressure. Computer literate (MS Office, WPS, Adobe).
