Takaful Advisor

As a Takaful Advisor, you are responsible for helping clients identify their financial protection needs and recommending suitable takaful plans based on the Shariah-compliant guidelines of Great Eastern Takaful. You will serve as a trusted reference point, providing ethical, transparent, and professional financial solutions. Key Responsibilities Provide basic financial consultations on takaful protection, savings, hibah, and future financial planning. Recommend suitable takaful plans according to clients’ needs and budget. Manage client applications, including form submission, eligibility checks, and required documentation. Perform follow-ups and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Build your client network through digital marketing, social media, and networking activities. Present product information using official materials such as Benefit Illustration (BI), Product Disclosure Sheet (PDS), and brochures. Participate in training sessions, coaching, and weekly meetings with Raudhah Synergy Consultation and Great Eastern Takaful. Uphold work ethics, company SOPs, and Shariah standards at all times. Qualifications Candidates with full working rights for Malaysia aged 21 and above. Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree (candidates with good communication and personality are preferred). Interest in financial advisory or takaful. Able to work flexibly (full-time or part-time). Highly motivated with strong commitment to self-development. Experience in sales, customer service, or marketing is an advantage (but not required). Required Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand clients’ needs. Disciplined, committed, and able to work independently. Tech-savvy and familiar with social media (FB, IG, TikTok, WhatsApp Business).
