About the role We are seeking a talented and ambitious Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team on a full-time basis at our office in Tsuen Wan District . As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and implementing marketing strategies that support the company's strategic objectives. Key responsibilities Identify, pursue and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking and relationship building Generate sales leads and convert them into profitable customer accounts through effective sales presentations and negotiations Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and maximise repeat business Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and quotations tailored to client needs and requirements Coordinate with the marketing team to develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities Gather market intelligence and competitor information to identify trends and inform business strategy Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs Support the development and implementation of marketing materials and collateral What we're looking for Proven track record in sales and/or business development, ideally within a trading, commercial or B2B environment Strong understanding of sales methodologies, negotiation techniques and customer relationship management principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels Results-driven mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets Self-motivated and proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Knowledge of marketing principles and experience in supporting marketing activities is advantageous Fluency in English and Chinese (written and spoken) is highly desirable Willingness to travel and attend client meetings as required Diploma or above in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline is an adventage
