Based in Central Coast- NSW, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple centres while coaching and developing Centre Managers to achieve outstanding outcomes. As an Area Manager, you will provide high standards of operational leadership across your portfolio, ensuring centres deliver exceptional educational programs, strong occupancy and financial performance, positive family experiences, and the highest standards of safety and compliance. This position would suit an experienced Area Manager, Operations Manager, Regional Manager who has at least 3+ years experience in a multi-site leadership role in Long Day Cares. The Role: Reporting to senior operational leadership, you will: Lead and support a portfolio of early learning centres Coach, mentor and develop Centre Managers to achieve strong operational outcomes Drive occupancy growth, family retention and commercial performance Monitor compliance with the National Quality Framework and relevant regulations Support centres through assessment and rating processes, audits and quality improvement initiatives Lead safety, risk management and incident response across the portfolio Analyse business performance data and implement improvement strategies Manage escalated family, staffing and operational matters Partner with support teams to deliver strategic initiatives and organisational priorities Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement Benefits Attractive salary package up to $150K + super + travel allowances + bonuses each year Performance-based bonus opportunities Flexible and hybrid working arrangements Professional development and leadership training Career progression within a large and growing organisation Supportive leadership team and specialist support functions Opportunity to influence quality outcomes across multiple services Essential Requirements Relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education, Business, Leadership or related discipline: Diploma or ECT minimum.
