Job Title : HR Supervisor Work Location : Bangkok, Thailand Employment Type : Full-time Client Overview Our client is a fast-growing technology-driven enterprise specializing in fintech, data processing, and enterprise solutions. Leveraging big data, AI, and cloud technologies, the company delivers integrated risk control and digital financial service solutions, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and sustainable growth in emerging markets. Key Responsibilities 1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition : Independently manage the full-cycle recruitment process for all positions in Thailand, including channel development, resume screening, interview coordination, offer extension, and onboarding, ensuring timely fulfillment of business hiring needs. 2. Compensation, Benefits & Attendance Management : Handle monthly payroll calculation, social security and personal income tax filing, and manage employee attendance, leave, and overtime records to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll disbursement. 3. Employee Relations & Daily HR Services : Manage the full lifecycle of employee labor contracts, address daily employee inquiries and basic labor relations matters, and organize team-building and cultural activities to foster integration between Chinese and Thai teams. 4. Foreign Employees Support & Government Affairs : Process work visas, work permits, and 90-day reporting for foreign employees, serve as the liaison with government agencies such as the Thai Department of Labor and Social Security Office, and submit statutory reports on time. 5. Policy Implementation & Compliance Execution : Assist in developing localized HR operational procedures within the headquarters' policy framework, continuously track changes in labor laws and BOI policies to ensure full compliance in all employment practices. Requirements Mandatory Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Law, or related fields • 2–5 years of HR-related work experience, preferably with a background in Chinese-invested or multinational companies in Thailand • Language Skills: ○ English: Business-level proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing (frequent written and verbal communication with headquarters) ○ Thai: Fluent (for communication with local employees and government agencies) • Familiar with Thai labor laws, social security, personal income tax, and foreign employees' visa application procedures • Strong execution capability, detail-oriented and rigorous, with cross-cultural communication skills and independent problem-solving ability Preferred Qualifications • HR experience in fintech, banking, or financial services industry • Experience in building an HR system from scratch • Familiarity with BOI enterprise compliance employment requirements • Experience with Thai local HRM systems or payroll outsourcing
