Purchaser (5 Day Work, Fit-out)

With global offices in Hong Kong, Macau, Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Dongguan (Factory), Sydney, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Bangkok and Ho Chi Minh City, we are looking for high calibre candidates to join our HK team located in Kowloon Bay. Responsibilities: Handle material sourcing & vendor selection of fitting out and building materials Responsible for consolidating and preparing purchase orders, quotations, price comparison Conduit price negotiation and make recommendation Manage and update all purchasing documents and records Handle all logistics operation including shipping documents, customs declaration and transportation Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned Requirements: Diploma or above Min. 5 year’s experience in the construction / fitting-out industry MUST have solid experience in sourcing interior products, site materials & conducting price comparison Mature and able to handle project orders independently Good written & spoken English & Chinese, including Mandarin Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel & Chinese wording processing Willing to go to site occasionally Immediate available is preferred We offer competitive remuneration package (5 day work, 14 days Annual Leave, Bank Holidays, Double Pay, Discretionary Bonus, Group Medical Insurance and Education Assistance) to the right candidate.
