The Company A specialist construction and project delivery business with a strong reputation across the aviation, commercial and infrastructure sectors . Operating within highly regulated and live operational environments, this business has developed long-standing relationships with major aviation clients through consistently delivering complex projects safely, efficiently and with minimal disruption to operations. With a strong pipeline of work at Sydney Airport , they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team with an experienced Contract Administrator. The Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists for a Contract Administrator to join the team delivering a portfolio of projects based at Sydney Airport, working with some of the most recognised stakeholders in the Australian aviation sector. You’ll work closely with experienced Project Managers and senior leadership, taking responsibility for procurement, contract administration and commercial management across multiple projects. NEC4 contract experience is highly desirable , as is previous experience delivering construction projects within an aviation or airport environment. The Role Working closely with the Project Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing procurement and letting of subcontractor packages Administering head contracts and subcontract agreements Managing variations, progress claims, payment schedules and contractual correspondence Supporting cost reporting, forecasting and overall commercial performance Managing contractual notices, risks and obligations throughout project delivery Working within NEC4 contract frameworks where applicable Liaising closely with clients, subcontractors, consultants and internal project teams Supporting successful project close-out and final account negotiations About You Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline 3–6+ years’ experience as a Contract Administrator within construction NEC4 contract experience highly preferable Previous aviation or Australian airport project experience highly regarded Strong understanding of procurement, contracts, variations and cost control Commercially astute with excellent attention to detail Confident communicator capable of building strong relationships with clients and subcontractors In Return Salary up to $175,000 + Super , depending on experience Work on high-profile projects within Sydney Airport Exposure to major aviation clients and complex operational environments Strong pipeline of secured aviation work offering long-term career stability Supportive and experienced project leadership team How to Apply Click Apply and include your CV and project list (Word format preferred).
