Responsibilities: Portfolio Management: Manage a portfolio of accounting clients to ensure timely delivery of management accounts and other client deliverables Accounts Review: Review monthly management accounts prepared by team members and provide guidance, including withholding tax and SST compliance Financial Analysis: Analyse client's financial information to identify trends and discrepancies that support business decisions Team Leadership: Lead, coach and support junior team members to develop technical competence and ensure consistent quality of work. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and implement changes or automation to enhance efficiency and service quality Technical Research & Consultation: Support partners on complex accounting matters, prepare technical memos and propose accounting treatments in line with relevant Financial Reporting Standards Client Relationship: Build and maintain client relationships while proactively managing expectations Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with auditors, tax agents, government authorities and other external stakeholders as needed Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Accounting, ACCA, MIA, CPA or equivalent qualifications Good interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Positive, willing to take initiative and able to take ownership of assigned tasks Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and basic computer software applications Experience working in an Accounting Firm is highly valued Benefits: 5-day work week (Monday – Friday) Work from home 1 day per week Flexi work hours - Start time between 8.30am and 9.30am Competitive salary and performance bonus package Team building activities, including sports, company trips and annual dinners In-house training, both on-the-job and off-the-job Promising career development opportunities Subsidy for professional subscription and CPE courses Study and Exam leaves for recognised professional exams Interested candidates are invited to apply here and send us your latest resume, containing: Education background Detailed work experience Current and expected salary Date of availability Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualification.
