Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology , or a related field. At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in a manpower agency. Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and basic HR practices is an advantage. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion. Key Responsibilities: Assist in addressing and resolving employee concerns, complaints, and workplace issues in a professional and timely manner. Assist with employee disciplinary cases, including preparation of notices, documentation, incident reports, and other required records. Coordinate with clients, supervisors, and account coordinators regarding employee performance, attendance, conduct, and workplace concerns. Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including incident reports, disciplinary documents, and employee correspondence. Assist in conducting employee orientation, policy briefings, and other HR-related activities. Support the implementation and communication of company rules, regulations, and HR policies. Monitor employee concerns and follow up on pending cases to ensure timely resolution. Prepare HR reports and summaries related to employee relations, disciplinary cases, attendance, turnover, and other workforce concerns. Assist in investigations of employee complaints and workplace incidents by gathering relevant information and documentation. Ensure that employee relations activities and documentation comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned.
