AI Business/System Analyst

About the role Megaannum Technology Limited is seeking an experienced AI Business/System Analyst to join our team in the dynamic Wan Chai District. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for leveraging your expertise in banking and financial services to drive data-driven decision making and strategic initiatives within our AI Fintech clients. What you'll be doing Analyse complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI and data science solutions Develop and implement predictive models and AI systems to optimise banking operations and enhance customer experiences Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to understand business challenges and opportunities Communicate insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear and compelling manner Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify innovative solutions Provide expert guidance on data governance, security, and compliance standards What we're looking for Proven track record of 5+ years in a similar AI or business analyst role, preferably within the banking/financial services sector Strong proficiency in data analysis, modelling, and visualisation using tools like Python, SQL, and Power BI Experience in developing and implementing machine learning and AI solutions to drive business value Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to think strategically Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to translate complex ideas into actionable insights Familiarity with banking regulations, compliance, and risk management frameworks Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Finance What we offer At Megaannum Technology Limited, we are committed to providing a dynamic and rewarding work environment.
