About us: Regen Australia is a multi-award winning Australian owned company that has been in operation since 1998 based in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast. We have grown and planted more than 4 million native plants and have successfully completed more than 1700 ecological restoration projects. We provide adaptive management plans, specializing in ecological restoration, vegetation management and native plant supply. If you're someone who works hard, works well with others, and is always keen to learn – we’d love to hear from you. This is a casual role, ideally suited to someone available 4–5 days a week. Our projects are spread across South East Queensland – from north of Ipswich to south of Iluka – with most of the work based here on the Gold Coast. We value team members who: Stay humble – no ego, just a genuine team player Stay hungry – motivated, proactive, and ready to pitch in Stay smart – good with people, and quick to pick things up Your experience day-to-day will include: Meeting either onsite or at the depot Toolbox safety meetings to understand the day’s work Working within a team or autonomously and following instructions Communicating with team members, supervisors and project managers Receiving daily rosters and preparing equipment and vehicles for the next day To be successful in this role you will have: Experience working in ecological restoration, landscaping and/or horticultural industries Experience identifying native and exotic plants Driver's license and own transportation Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills Experience and interest in working outdoors full time Ability to thrive as part of a team Ability to work independently Motivated by completing tasks and creating good outcomes Flexibility to work in a range of environment Construction Industry White Card Highly regarded: ACDC or similar 4WD experience Current First Aid Certificate Cert III (or higher) in Horticulture or Conservation & Ecosystem Management Manual Driver's license How to apply: If you are looking to be part of a team recognized for its outstanding contributions to ecological restoration, sustainability, innovation and environmental conservation we want to hear from you!
