Senior Community and Stakeholder Engagement Manager

Senior Community & Stakeholder Engagement Manager | Northern Territory ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote locations across Australia. We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Community & Stakeholder Engagement Manager to join our ESS Remote team and lead community, Indigenous engagement and workforce initiatives across the Northern Territory. The Role Reporting to the General Manager, you will build and strengthen relationships with Indigenous organisations, community leaders, government agencies and key stakeholders while supporting workforce development, local employment initiatives and business growth opportunities across the NT. Regular travel to regional and remote communities will be required. About You Experience in community engagement, stakeholder relations, government affairs or a similar leadership role. Strong experience working with Indigenous communities and organisations. Knowledge of NT workforce challenges, regional communities and government structures. Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills. Experience managing complex stakeholder environments. Strong strategic thinking, project leadership and problem-solving capabilities.
