About the Company We are a growing company in the manufacturing and automation industry. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Finance Manager to lead the finance function while supporting basic HR and administrative matters during our growth phase. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build systems, establish SOPs and drive continuous improvement in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities · Lead and manage the full spectrum of accounting, finance, taxation, treasury and statutory compliance functions. · Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing activities. · Prepare timely financial and management reports for Top Management. · Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning and financial analysis. · Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, bankers and regulatory authorities. · Establish SOPs, internal controls and finance-related policies and procedures. · Drive digitalisation initiatives and leverage AI tools to improve productivity and reporting processes. · Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. · Support recruitment, onboarding and employee administration matters during the company’s growth stage. · Assist in developing basic HR policies and support future HR team expansion when required. Requirements · Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline. · MIA member and/or professionally qualified (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW or equivalent) · Minimum 8 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role. · Hands-on experience in full-set accounting and financial reporting. · Experience in manufacturing, automation or related industries will be an added advantage. · Audit firm experience will be an added advantage. · Familiarity with payroll administration and basic HR functions is desirable. · Experience in setting up SOPs, internal controls and process improvements is an advantage. · Tech-savvy and open to leveraging AI and automation tools to improve business efficiency. · Fluent in Mandarin and English, both spoken and written. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
