Job Description: Market Expansion & Sales Targets: Drive the pre-sales pipeline and commercial landing of AI Cameras (AIC), Video Intelligent Platforms (VIP) in Malaysia. Responsible for the project win-rate and sales revenue in Government, Energy, and Smart Campus/Industrial Park sectors. Solution Architecture: Lead deep requirement gathering for government infrastructure (e.g., Safe City, traffic control), energy sites (perimeter/explosion-proof security), and enterprises. Independently design tailor-made, high-end intelligent security and VMS architecture solutions. Tendering & Technical Bidding: Own the technical parts of the bidding process (RFP/RFQ), including writing technical proposals, BOQ configuration, compliance checking, and high-level technical presentations to government officials and corporate executives. PoC & Technical Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations and Proof of Concept (PoC) testing on-site to prove edge-AI capabilities (such as facial recognition, ANPR, perimeter breach, and industrial flame/smoke detection). Local Partner Channeling: Enable and support local Tier-1 System Integrators (SIs), distributors, and engineering contractors in Malaysia to jointly bid for large-scale projects. Job Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic/Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, or related fields. Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of solid experience in ICT, CCTV/VMS, or network weak-electricity industries in Malaysia. Industry Know-how: Proven track experience in Government, Energy, and Smart Campus/Industrial Park sectors. Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of CCTV surveillance systems, IP Networking, Edge-AI algorithms, and Video Management Software (VMS). Familiarity with competitive dynamics in the Malaysian market. Soft Skills: Outstanding communication and presentation skills in English. Ability to work under high pressure, handle client relationships, and adapt to domestic travel within Malaysia.
