Reporting to the Finance Manager, you'll take ownership of the Accounts Payable function across our businesses, ensuring supplier transactions are processed accurately and on time while supporting month-end accounting processes and financial administration activities. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail, and takes pride in maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer service. In this role you'll: Manage the end-to-end Accounts Payable function Process local and overseas supplier invoices and payments Reconcile supplier accounts and resolve discrepancies Maintain accurate creditor records and ensure timely payment processing Assist with month-end activities including accruals, prepayments, bank reconciliations and fixed assets Support audit and compliance requirements Prepare accounting and management reports as required Assist with wider finance and accounting duties across the business About you We're looking for an experienced Accounts Payable professional who can quickly build relationships, work independently and contribute positively to the team. To be successful, you'll bring: A Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Accounting or a related discipline A minimum of 3 years' Accounts Payable experience At least 3 years' experience working with a recognised ERP system Strong understanding of accounting principles and processes Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy Strong reconciliation and problem-solving skills Well-developed organisational and time management skills Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills A proactive, reliable and customer-focused approach Experience with Dynamics AX and/or Qontro would be highly advantageous but is not essential.
