We offer an attractive pay rate and the opportunity to work across some of Auckland’s most beautiful private gardens. About the Role This is a hands-on position, including regular hedge trimming, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has an eye for detail, and takes pride in delivering consistently high-quality work. Your responsibilities will include: Maintaining high-end residential gardens to an exceptional standard Hedge trimming, plant care, pruning, and seasonal garden maintenance Operating power tools and machinery, including mowers and hedge trimmers Ensuring each garden is kept immaculate, healthy, and thriving What We're Looking For Proven experience in residential garden maintenance Strong horticultural knowledge and excellent attention to detail Confidence using garden tools, equipment, and machinery Reliability, initiative, and strong time-management skills Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Someone looking for a long-term role and the opportunity to grow with our team Why Join Us?
