Permanent part-time position 16 hours per week Thurs/Fri 8-4:30pm Fabulous family orientated environment to work in Good hourly rate and extensive staff benefits on offer About the role Our dedicated team at Coastal Villas, based in Paraparaumu is looking for an entry level Gardener to join them in maintaining an attractive community environment for our residents. This is an amazing opportunity to learn the trade and learn from an experience gardening team. This role requires a motivated and reliable person with a 'can-do, will-do' attitude, who can work well in a team and is keen to learn new skills. This is a job that requires someone who is fit and who would enjoy doing a bit of everything, working predominantly in our beautiful established gardens. You will assist the gardening team with the gardening and general upkeep of the grounds. 16 hours per week Thurs/Fri 8-4:30pm Willingness to work outdoors and any experience with gardening, school grounds caretaking, landscaping would be ideal. A clean driver's license would be preferrable. You will appreciate how important this position is in delivering an outstanding service to our residents, so you will have empathy for the older person. Excellent spoken English with the ability to communicate in a clear, considerate manner. An industrious, diligent approach to ensuring that the job is done to the highest standards.
