Service Lead

The Role Carrying out installs and servicing of all door products for cold storage, dairy & food processing, logistics & warehousing, retail & supermarket, architecture & trades and more. Duties include: Preventative Maintenance, servicing and repairs Breakdown response and fault finding Installation Support and commissioning Customer Relationship Management Coordinating contractors Admin and time management About You Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem solving skills Fault finding skills - root cause identification Basic electrical understanding would be an advantage (option to train to an electrical licence) Strong communicator to represent the brand well Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver exceptional service Well organised with strong time management and administrative skills Career minded with a desire to grow Positive attitude with a desire to succeed Able to travel around NZ, at times working at our other branches including staying away Please note, we can only accept applications with an NZ Citizenship, Permanent Residency or Open Work Visa and you are already in New Zealand. AEWV or other visas are not currently an option for us, especially if you are outside NZ currently.
