Join a global team focused on meaningful healthcare impact. Job Summary The Recruiter is responsible for attracting, assessing and hiring qualified talent to support organizational staffing needs. This role partners with hiring managers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver an efficient recruitment process, ensure a positive candidate experience and contribute to workforce planning goals. Operating within a Global Business Services environment, this role supports recruitment operations, stakeholder collaboration and service delivery outcomes across U.S. healthcare and business functions. What you'll do Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, workforce needs and role expectations. Source, screen and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications, skills and overall fit for open positions. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent across multiple hiring channels. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, hiring managers and business leaders. Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition intake through offer acceptance. Evaluate compensation recommendations by considering internal equity and organizational guidelines. Prepare and present offer recommendations for leadership approval. Extend employment offers and guide candidates through the hiring process. Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and professional engagement. Collaborate with workforce planning teams, business leaders and talent acquisition stakeholders to achieve hiring objectives. Ensure compliance with applicable employment regulations, policies and accreditation requirements. Support recruitment reporting, process improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned. Contribute to operational excellence by identifying opportunities to improve recruitment processes and outcomes. Experience Minimum of 2 years of Talent Acquisition experience required. Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes required. Experience in global recruitment required. Experience in healthcare recruitment preferred. Knowledge of candidate sourcing, interviewing and selection methodologies required. Knowledge of employment practices, compensation considerations and recruitment compliance requirements preferred. Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies preferred. Strong communication, stakeholder management and relationship-building skills required. Education Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field required. Certifications Professional in Human Resources (PHR) – HR Certification Institute (HRCI) preferred.
