Department: Operations Support หน้าที่รับผิดชอบ • Provide administrative and documentation support to the Music Licensing Sales team • Handle expense reimbursement documentation for the Sales team • Manage music licensing sales and purchase agreement documentation between the company and clients • Coordinate with relevant departments, such as Sales, Accounting, and Finance • Manage requests for office supplies and equipment, as well as monitor and conduct inventory checks • Support the preparation of documents and other related operational tasks คุณสมบัติ • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field • 1–2 years of relevant work experience • Experience in accounting will be considered an advantage • Experience in coordinating or managing workflows involving multiple departments • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel. • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to handle and resolve unexpected issues effectively ประสบการณ์ 1 ปีขึ้นไป จำนวน 1 อัตรา
