The role will be part of a newly established mall in Tagum City , providing an opportunity for an experienced HR professional to help build and manage the site's HR operations and workforce. About the Role The HR Manager will oversee the overall HR function of the mall, working closely with mall management and various stakeholders to ensure effective people management and HR operations. Key Responsibilities Lead the overall HR operations of the mall. Manage manpower planning and recruitment activities. Oversee employee relations and workplace concerns. Implement employee engagement and retention initiatives. Ensure compliance with company policies and Philippine labor regulations. Manage performance management and employee development programs. Oversee HR administration and employee lifecycle processes. Provide HR guidance and support to mall management and department heads. Support the manpower mobilization and HR setup of the newly established mall. Handle other HR initiatives and projects as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field. At least 5 years of progressive HR experience , with at least 3 years of managerial experience. Experience in retail, mall, hospitality, F&B, property, or other high-volume industries is an advantage. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR practices. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and general HR operations. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
