Learn more at https://zuu.com.hk Position Overview We are looking for a seasoned Responsible Officer to lead compliance, internal controls, and operational risk management across our insurance brokerage. Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a critical role in maintaining regulatory standards, safeguarding business integrity, and guiding our licensed representatives. Key Responsibilities: Ensure full compliance with Insurance Authority (IA) regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry best practices Oversee licensing, regulatory reporting, and audit preparation — ensuring submissions are accurate and timely Advise senior management on emerging compliance risks and identify opportunities to improve business processes Supervise and mentor a team of licensed representatives, fostering a culture of compliance and professional excellence Requirements: Holder of IA Paper 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Responsible Officer in insurance or financial services Strong understanding of IA regulations and brokerage operations Sound business acumen, leadership, and communication skills
